How To Make It?
1 cup self-raising flour
2 level tablespoons cocoa
¼ cup coconut
½ cup butter
Mix all dry ingredients together
Melt butter and add to dry ingredients
Beat egg and add to dry ingredients
Bake in a tray for 10 – 15 mins at 180degrees

Pour chocolate icing over the slice, top with coconut
