Bacon and Egg Pie
Ingredients:
6 eggs
½ milk
200 grams bacon pieces
1 onion
½ cup cheddar cheese
50 grams feta cheese
½ teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
1 sheet of puff pastry
Method:
Put bacon and onion together in a pan and cook
Mix eggs and milk together
When cooked put bacon and onion mixture into egg mixture and mix
Put oregano, parsley, and cheese into egg mixture
Put pastry into pie dish, add egg mixture into the pastry
Cook for 30 -35 minuets, in oven at 150 degrees
There\’s No icing on this one 🙂
The Run Down:
My son was hungry, so this is what he made, and it was delicious, and only took a few minutes to mix up, and about the same amount of time to disappear so for a quick snack. You can’t beat this.
