Hasty Cake
Ingredients:
– ¼ butter (melted)
1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup castor sugar
1 level tablespoon cocoa
2 eggs
½ milk
Method:
Sift flour, sugar, cocoa together
Stir in melted butter
Combine milk and eggs together
Mix into flour mixture
Bake in a cake tin 375 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes
Chocolate Icing:
1 cup Icing sugar ½ teaspoon butter, milk, cocoa 1 tablespoon, mix together
Pour chocolate icing over the slice, top with coconut
When cool cut into squares leave in tray and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

This cake is so easy to make and really will impress the family. Really good for the time poor ladies of the house.
